Meaningful Use Network

UPDATE: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has transitioned the reporting requirements associated with the Meaningful Use program for Medicare eligible professionals under the Quality Payment Program. Additionally, the TMF QIN-QIO has received a modification to its contract with CMS and no longer provides direct support for the Meaningful Use program for Medicaid eligible professionals and Medicare or Medicaid eligible hospitals.

Due to these changes, this Meaningful Use network will no longer be updated. Medicare eligible professionals are encouraged to join our Quality Payment Program Learning and Action Network, and Medicaid eligible professionals and Medicare or Medicaid eligible hospitals are encouraged to references the resources listed below for more information.

Medicare Eligible Professionals

As of Jan. 1, 2017, physicians are no longer required to report under Meaningful Use. This program has ended and elements of it have been incorporated into the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Quality Payment Program (QPP). The TMF Quality Innovation Network Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) and other QIN-QIOs across the country are providing support for clinicians to successfully report under the QPP. Please join our QPP Learning and Action Network to continue to receive updates, resources, technical assistance and webinars to support you in your practice’s quality improvement and reporting.

Medicaid Eligible Professionals and Medicare or Medicaid Eligible Hospitals
